Many of the applications I use and teach are cross-platform,
with only slight differences. Other applications are specific
to the Mac. The list of applications which follows is not exhaustive
but includes most of the software that clients have sought
help with and for which I have actually provided some tutoring.

Occasionally, because of deadlines
and time constraints, clients have requested that I complete
projects for them, even if they intend to learn how to
do so themselves at some point. At other times, clients
have requested that I perform certain tasks for them until
they develop the necessary confidence in their software
skills. I have assisted clients in the following ways:
- Cleaning up Word documents with appropriate formatting.
- Creating graphics for flyers, invitations and advertisements.
- Fashioning company screensaver images.
- Formatting images for high-quality prints or advertisements.
I'm ready to be there for you as your software teacher,
